Agent earnings and daily payouts
How earnings work
- The agent's profit is settled once a day at 00:00 UTC. Your share of the profit is paid in the earnings asset shown on the agent page (Paid in).
- Payouts are automatic. The app says: "Earnings are added to your Funding wallet automatically after each daily settlement." There is no button you need to press, and you do not have to wait for the lock period to end.
- Your principal is separate: "Your stake stays locked until its lock period ends and is unstaked separately."
- Profit is not guaranteed. Some days are zero and some days are a loss (see the article on losses).
Where to see your earnings
- Agent page, My Portfolio tab: the earnings panel with four figures.
- Agent page, Payouts tab: the daily history table.
- The stake performance view reached from your stakes: the same panel and history.
- Your Portfolio page, Stake Summary.
- Your Funding wallet (Assets, Funding): where the paid amounts arrive.
If you are signed out you see "Sign in to see your earnings for this agent." and "Sign in to view your payouts".
The earnings panel
| Figure | Meaning |

| Staked | "The original amount you staked into this position", summed for the agent. |
| Estimated today | "Today's earnings so far. Not final until the daily settlement completes." |
| Paying out | "Settled earnings on their way to your Funding wallet. They're added automatically." |
| Paid to wallet | Earnings already added to your Funding wallet. |
| Total earned | All earnings, paid and on their way. |
| As of {time} | When the figures were calculated. |
| Next settlement {time} | When the next daily settlement is due, in your local time. |
When nothing is due you may see "Nothing to claim yet." Note that no manual claim is needed.
What "Estimated today" can show

| An amount | Today's running estimate. It is not final and can change until the settlement completes. |
| An amount with "Last known value" | Fresh data is temporarily missing, so the last known figure is shown. |
| "Not available" | The platform cannot give a reliable number right now. It does not mean you earned zero. |
| "Starts once your stake is confirmed" | Your stake is not yet counted in today's settlement, so nothing accrues yet. A new stake joins once it is confirmed. |
The panel does not show a return percentage (ROI) for your stake.
If the panel cannot load
You see "We couldn't load your earnings" with "Your earnings and stake are safe. Try again to see the latest numbers." and a Try again button (it reads "Trying again..." while it runs). The history shows "We couldn't load your earnings history. Try again to see it."
The daily earnings table (Payouts tab)
Columns: Date, Earned, Δ Principal and Status. Above it: Total earned, Paying out, Paid to wallet and the number of days ("12 days"). Pages are browsed with Previous and Next.
- Earned: your profit share for that day (shown with a plus sign when positive).
- Δ Principal: the change to your principal for that day. A negative number means a loss was taken from your staked tokens that day.
- Status: the delivery status of that day's payout.

| Needs review | The payout is held for a check by our team. | Your earnings stay reserved for you. Contact Support if it stays for a long time. |
Empty history: "No earnings yet." with "Daily earnings appear the day after your stake becomes eligible." If you are on a later page with nothing on it, use Back to first page.
Messages about a payout in progress
You may see a line above the panel's notes:
- "Adding {amount} {asset} to your Funding wallet." A payout is being transferred.
- "A recent payout needs a check from our team. Your earnings stay reserved for you." A payout is in Needs review.
No action is needed from you for either message. Your earnings are not lost.
Stake Summary on the Portfolio page
Shows Net profit (the app's note: "Interest earned minus any losses taken from your staked tokens."), Interest earned, Losses, Ready to claim, Claimed, Processing, Active stakes and Agents, and a table by agent with Staked, Interest earned, Ready to claim and Net profit. A paused agent is tagged Paused. If agents pay in different assets the page says "Your agents pay in different assets, so profit is shown per agent." Errors: "Couldn't load your stake summary. Try again later." Empty: "You haven't staked with an agent yet."
Frequently asked questions
When do I get my first earnings? After your stake becomes eligible and the next daily settlement at 00:00 UTC. The history says "Daily earnings appear the day after your stake becomes eligible."
Do I have to claim my earnings? No. Payouts are automatic into your Funding wallet. The words "Ready to claim", "Paying out" and "Claimed" are labels of the stages.
My earnings were not received. Check the Payouts tab for the day. If it says Preparing or Paying out, wait and check again after a while. Paid means the amount is already in your Funding wallet. Needs review means it is held for a check. Also check that you are looking at your Funding wallet, not Spot.
Why is Estimated today different from what I got? It is an estimate before the day is final.
Why is "Earned" zero on some days? The agent had no profit to share that day, or it had a loss. Δ Principal shows any loss.
Can I move earnings to my Spot or withdraw them? Earnings arrive in the Funding wallet. From there use the normal transfer and withdrawal features, see the wallet and withdrawal articles.
Does unstaking pay my profit? No. Profit was already paid daily. Unstaking returns your principal only.
When to contact Support
Include: account email or ID, agent name, the date(s) of the missing payout, the Status shown, the Earned and Δ Principal amounts, a screenshot of the Payouts tab and of your Funding wallet. Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key.
