Features that are not available in the app right now
Some features may be mentioned in older messages, bookmarks or social posts, but they are not available in the BYNAI app at the moment. If you open them, you may be taken to another page. This is expected and is not an error on your side.

BYNAI Rewards vouchers are different and are available
The vouchers you receive as BYNAI Rewards through Telegram are available. They appear on My Vouchers after you open BYNAI from the BYNAI bot in Telegram. See "Using BYNAI inside Telegram" and the Vouchers articles. Points, quests and the Rewards Hub are separate and are not available.
What you can do today
- Trade Futures: Trading > Futures.
- Check Markets.
- Stake with AI agents in Agents.
- Use Referral, VIP and your Vouchers pages as described in their own articles.
- Read Announcements for news on new features. The app does not state launch dates, so Support cannot promise them.
Frequently asked questions
I was told I would earn points or complete quests. Where are they? The points and quests pages are not available right now. The app does not show a date for their return.
I used to see Arena or a leaderboard. Where did it go? Arena pages are not available at the moment and open the home page.
Why can't I switch accounts? Account switching for sub-accounts is not available right now.
Does this mean my account has a problem? No. These features are unavailable for everyone.
Will my earlier points, quests or sub-account data be deleted? The app does not say. Contact Support with your question.
When to contact Support
Include: the feature you were looking for, where you heard about it (link or message), the page address you opened, and a screenshot of where you landed.
Safety reminder
Be careful with messages or sites that claim to give points, airdrops or bonuses for connecting your wallet or sharing codes. Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase, or private key.
