How the BYNAI referral program works

The referral program lets you invite friends to BYNAI and earn USDT when they use the platform. Your friends do not pay anything extra for this. According to the app: "No. BYNAI pays all referral rewards. Your friends keep all their profit and pay the normal trading fees, minus any discount you give them."

Where to find it

Open Referral from the main menu (or go to Referral). The page has five tabs:

• Overview: your invite link, the three ways to earn, an earnings estimator, your invite funnel, and frequently asked questions.
• My Commission: commission you earn from friends' trading and the rebate you receive as an invited user.
• Staking & profit: rewards from friends' stakes and the profit their agents make.
• Referrals: the list of friends who signed up with your link.
• Links: create and manage invite links and set your futures discount.

If you are not signed in, the page shows "Sign in to view" and "Sign in to access your referral data and start earning commissions". Use the Connect Wallet button on the page to sign in; you stay on the same tab.

The three ways to earn

The Overview tab is titled "Invite friends. Earn USDT 3 ways." Anyone who signs up with your invite link becomes your friend on BYNAI, and you get paid in USDT when they:

1. Stake in an AI agent ("When friends stake"). You are paid once, as soon as the stake is confirmed. The reward is a yearly rate applied to what your friend stakes for the whole lock period, paid right away. The formula in the app is: amount staked × your yearly rate × lock days / 365 (the result is cut to 2 decimals, never rounded up). The Overview card shows a worked example for a 1,000 USDT stake locked for 90 days at your own rate. Stakes are locked, so this reward stays yours even if the agent loses money later. Stake rewards count only for stakes made in USDT.
2. Trade futures ("When friends trade futures"). You get a share of every trading fee they pay. The exact percentage depends on your referral tier and goes up as your tier grows. The page shows your range.
3. Make a profit from their agents ("When their agents profit"). You get a percentage of the profit your friend makes from the agents they stake in. It is worked out once a day, after 00:00 UTC. Losses count first: you only earn when their total profit goes above its previous high. Example from the app: a friend makes 100 USDT on day 1, loses 40 on day 2, and makes 60 on day 3. You earn on day 1, nothing on day 2, and on day 3 you earn only on the 20 USDT of new profit. You never pay anything back when your friend loses.

The exact rates are set by the platform and shown on your Overview tab and in the Staking & profit tab. They are not the same for everyone, so check the page while signed in. Signed-out visitors see a short description and "Connect your wallet to see your rate".

2nd-level friends

If you invite Alex, and Alex invites Sam, then Alex is your friend and Sam is your 2nd-level friend. You get a smaller share of Sam's rewards (stakes, futures fees and profit). This does not reduce what Alex gets. The app shows the 2nd-level rate as an extra line such as "Plus ... from friends they invite" when it applies.

Boost periods

Sometimes the app shows a banner like "Boost: ... staking rewards until ..." or "Boost: ... staking rewards from ... to ...". During the boost window your stake and profit rewards are multiplied. Stakes confirmed and profit earned inside the window get the boost, and the rates on the page already include it. A countdown ("Ends in ..." or "Starts in ...") shows the time left.

Rewards paused

If a reward type is paused, its card shows "Paused right now." and the Staking & profit tab shows "Staking rewards are paused right now. Rewards you already earned stay in your history." Paused means no new rewards of that type; rewards already earned stay in your history.

When and where you are paid

All rewards are paid in USDT.

• Stake rewards: once, as soon as the stake is confirmed.
• Profit share: after each day's results are final (after 00:00 UTC).
• Futures fee share: as your friends trade, to your Futures wallet.

You can see every payment in the My Commission and Staking & profit tabs. The app's text names the destination for stake and profit rewards as your Spot wallet (the Staking & profit tab links "Spot wallet" to your spot assets), while the reward chart says "Paid to your Funding wallet". Who counts as your friend

"Only people who sign up with your invite link or code. Someone who already has an account can't be added later." Only sign-ups through your link count. See the article on invite links for how your code is remembered when a friend opens your link.

Giving your friends a discount

You can give part of your trading-fee share back to your friends:

• Futures: change it any time in the Links tab. It applies to all your friends.
• Spot: set it when you create a link. It cannot be changed later. (Spot trading is not available on BYNAI yet, so futures is the discount you will use today.)

Frequently asked questions

Do my friends pay anything for my reward? No. BYNAI pays referral rewards. Your friends pay the normal trading fees minus any discount you give.

Can I add a friend who already has an account? No. Only people who sign up with your invite link or code count.

Will I have to pay back anything if my friend loses money? No. "You never pay anything back when they lose."

Why do I see "--" or "Referral stats unavailable"? The numbers could not be loaded. Check your connection and use the Try again or Retry button if shown. If you are signed in and it keeps failing, contact Support.

Does the page show an estimate of what I could earn? Yes. On the Overview tab, "Estimate your earnings" lets you pick how much a friend stakes and the lock period. It uses the average 30-day agent return and your profit share. The page notes that real returns change every day and that this is only an estimate.

When to contact Support

Contact Support if a reward is missing, shows Delayed, or a friend who signed up with your link is not listed. Include:

• Your account email or UID and the invite code you used.
• The friend's UID or sign-up date (from the Referrals tab) if you know it.
• The tab and reward row (date, type, amount, status) and a screenshot.

Safety reminder

Share only your invite link or code. Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key with anyone, including someone who says they are helping with referrals. BYNAI staff will never ask for them.
