Wrong network, missing memo or below-minimum deposit
What it is
The deposit page warns about four mistakes that can stop a deposit from being credited. This article explains each warning, how to avoid it, and what to do if it already happened.
Where to find the warnings
Deposit Crypto (or the Deposit tab of the Wallet pop-up), after you choose a coin and a network.
1. Wrong network
- The app shows: "Only send [coin] to this address via the [network] network. Deposits from other networks will not be credited."
- A second general warning says: "Ensure the sending network matches the network selected here. Depositing via the wrong network may result in permanent loss."
- Network names and codes look alike (for example different chains that both carry USDT). Compare the full name and the short code shown on the Select Network button with the network selected in your sending wallet.
- BNB Smart Chain (BSC) may be pre-selected for you when the coin supports it. Change it if you plan to send on a different network.
If you already sent on the wrong network: do not send again. The app does not describe any self-service recovery and does not promise recovery. Contact Support with the details below.
2. Missing memo/tag
- Some coins show a Memo line marked (Required) under the address, with its own copy button ("Memo copied").
- The app says: "Sending without MEMO will result in permanent loss of funds."
- Put the memo in the memo/tag field of the sending wallet, exactly as shown. The address alone is not enough for these coins.
- If you forgot the memo, do not send again; contact Support.
3. Below the minimum
- The details box beside the QR code shows Minimum Deposit for the coin and network you selected. The value is set by the platform and can differ by coin and network, so read it on the page.
- The app does not describe what happens to a deposit below the minimum and does not promise it will be credited. Avoid it. If you already did it, contact Support.
4. Unsupported coin or network
- Only coins and networks that currently accept deposits are listed. If you open the page for a coin that cannot be deposited, the app says: "Deposits are not available for this asset. Choose another asset."
- If the network you wanted is not listed for a coin, deposits on that network are not available. Do not send.
Other things that look like mistakes but are not
- Deposit sent to an old address: retired addresses still receive deposits - "funds will be credited to your account". See Deposit addresses.
- Deposit credited but not in futures: deposits go to the Funding wallet; use Transfer.
- Still waiting: see Deposit statuses and confirmations.
What to send to Support
- Coin, network you actually used, network you selected on BYNAI
- Amount
- TxID and block explorer link
- Deposit address you sent to and memo/tag (or note that none was used)
- Date and time sent and the sending wallet or exchange name
- Screenshot of the deposit page you used and of your Deposits tab

FAQ
Will the deposit be refunded or recovered? The app makes no such promise. Support will review your case.
Can I check before I send? Yes: send a very small test amount only if the minimum shown allows it, and wait until it shows Completed in History.
Is the address the same for every network? Do not rely on how an address looks. Always select the network on the page and match it in your sending wallet.
Safety reminder
Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key. Copy addresses and memos only from the deposit page.
