How to create a BYNAI account
You can create a BYNAI account in two ways: with an email address and password, or by connecting a crypto wallet and signing a message. Both give you a full account. Sign-up through Telegram is not available; the Telegram option only signs you in to an account that is already linked (see "Sign in with Telegram").
Where to start
- On any page, click Register Now in the top bar. If you see Connect Wallet instead, click it and then choose Create Account in the window that opens.
- Or open the Create Account page directly (the title is "Create Account", with the line "Get started with BYNAI").
- If you already have an account, use Sign In instead ("Already have an account?").
Option 1: Email and password

Enter your email in the Email field ("Enter your email"). It must look like a real address, otherwise you see "Enter a valid email address".

Optional: enter a Referral Code (Optional) if a friend invited you (see "Invite links and referral codes").

Click Continue. (In the pop-up window the form shows the email, password and confirmation fields together and the button is Create Account.)

Create a Password and repeat it in Confirm Password. The form shows these requirements:
- "At least 8 characters"
- "One uppercase letter"
- "One lowercase letter"
- "One number"
A strength label under the password shows Weak, Medium or Strong as you type. The form itself refuses a password shorter than 8 characters.

Tick the box "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy". You cannot create the account without it.

Click Create Account. While it works the button says "Creating account...".

If BYNAI asks you to verify, the Security Verification screen opens. Enter the code sent to your email. The steps are in the article "Verification codes at sign-in".

When it finishes you see "Account created successfully" and you are signed in. Click Back at any time before submitting to return to the previous step.
Option 2: Crypto wallet
- Click Connect Wallet (or Register Now), then use Continue with wallet.
- Choose a chain in Select chain and a wallet in Select wallet.
- Approve the connection and the signature request in your wallet. The window says "Signature only — no gas fee", so signing costs nothing.

Error messages at sign-up

Other messages come directly from the server and are shown in a red pop-up titled "Error".
Good to know
- The email you register with is the one used for verification codes and security emails. Use an address you can open right now.
- Your public name starts as
User-plus the last 5 characters of your account ID until you set a nickname. See the profile and nickname article. - If you were already signed in, the sign-up page sends you away automatically.
- If you came from a protected page, after sign-up you return to that page.
FAQ
Do I need to verify my identity to sign up? The sign-up form asks only for email, password and the terms checkbox (plus an optional referral code).
Can I sign up with a phone number? No. The sign-up form takes an email address only. You can add a phone number later from your Account page.
Can I sign up with Telegram, Google or X? Not in this version. The sign-in screen shows "Social sign-in is not available yet" for those options.

When to contact Support
Contact Support if sign-up keeps failing. Include: the email address you used (never your password), the exact message you saw, the time it happened, your browser or device, and a screenshot. Never share your password, a 2FA or email code, a seed phrase or a private key with anyone, including BYNAI staff.
