Open the withdrawal history and check the asset, amount, destination, network, and status. If a transaction hash is available, use a trusted explorer for the selected network to review its transaction status. Compare the destination and network carefully; a completed blockchain transaction cannot be changed by support.

If the withdrawal is still pending, rejected, or not visible, contact support with the withdrawal details and transaction hash when available. Never share your password, seed phrase, one-time code, or private key. Support cannot promise a processing time or blockchain confirmation time.
