Withdrawal statuses explained
What it is
After you submit a withdrawal it moves through several steps before the receiving wallet gets it. The coloured label in your history shows the current step. The list of steps is fixed by the platform; the time each step takes is not shown in the app.
Where to find it
Transaction History, tab Withdrawals, column Status (also the History tab of the Wallet pop-up). Use Refresh to update. The TxID column shows "-" until a blockchain transaction exists, then a link to the block explorer.
Statuses in the order they usually happen

| Cooling | A waiting period before processing is running. | Wait. Check the security cooldown list if you recently changed security settings. |
| Checking | The request is going through platform checks. | Wait. |
| Under Review | The withdrawal is being reviewed before approval. | Wait; contact Support if it stays here. |
| Approved | The withdrawal was approved. | Wait. |
| Time Lock | The withdrawal is held for a waiting time before it is sent. | Wait. |
| Signing / Signed | The transfer is being prepared for the blockchain. | Wait. |
| Broadcasting / Broadcasted | The transfer is being / has been sent to the blockchain network. A TxID may appear. | Wait. |
| Confirming | The blockchain network is confirming the transfer. | Wait. Check the TxID on the explorer. |
| Confirmed | The network confirmed the transfer; finishing. | Wait a short while. |
| Completed | The withdrawal is finished and was sent to your address. | Check the receiving wallet. If the receiving platform has not credited it, ask that platform with your TxID. |
| Cancelled | The withdrawal was cancelled and not sent. | Check your Funding wallet balance; contact Support if unsure. |
| Failed | The withdrawal did not complete. This label is also used for withdrawals that were rejected. | Contact Support with the details below. |
| Stuck | The withdrawal stopped progressing. | Contact Support. |
| Status unavailable | The app could not read the status. | Refresh; if it stays, contact Support. |
Statuses that do not change anymore are Completed, Cancelled and Failed. All others can still change.
Good to know
- "Pending" is a customer word for any in-progress status above (Created to Confirmed). The app does not show the exact word "Pending" for withdrawals.
- Rejected and failed withdrawals both display as Failed.
- You cannot cancel a withdrawal yourself in the app. See Withdrawal pending, delayed or not arrived.
- The app does not promise a time for any step.
FAQ
Why does my withdrawal say Under Review? The platform reviews some withdrawals before approving. The app does not show the reason.
What does Cooling mean? A waiting period applied before processing. The platform sets its length.

When to contact Support
Include: coin, network, amount, address, memo, submit time, status text, TxID and screenshot of the row.
