Official community channels

BYNAI lists its official channels on the Communities page ("Official BYNAI channels"). The page says these "are the only official BYNAI community channels":

Official support email: [email protected] (shown on the app's information pages). The page also says "Official emails only come from addresses ending in @bynai.com."

Stay safe from impersonators

The Communities page gives these rules:

  • "BYNAI staff will never ask for your password, verification codes or wallet recovery phrase."
  • "We will never message you first to offer investment returns or ask you to send funds."
  • "Official emails only come from addresses ending in @bynai.com."
  • "If something looks suspicious, stop and contact support before you act."

Practical checks:

  1. Use only the addresses above. BYNAI says it will never message you first to offer returns or ask for funds.
  2. Do not click links in unexpected messages. Open BYNAI by typing the address yourself or from your own bookmark.
  3. Never share your password, 2FA code, email verification code, seed phrase or private key, even with someone who says they are BYNAI.
  4. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Funds sent to a wrong address or on an unsupported network may be lost permanently. Always check the address and network before you confirm.
  5. If you already shared a code or sent funds to a suspicious address, change your password, review your security settings, and contact Support immediately with the details.

Some key points from the Risk disclosure page: leverage can lead to automatic liquidation and loss of the margin; agents can lose money and past returns do not guarantee future results; staked principal stays locked until the chosen lock period ends; stop and conditional orders do not guarantee an exit price. Its text begins "Trading crypto assets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for you." Read the full page before trading.

The pages end with "Still have a question?": "Search the Help Center for answers, or email our support team." with buttons Open Help Center and Email support.
