Transfer and transaction history - where to find it and what the statuses mean
BYNAI has two places to look at your money movements: the Internal Transfers history (transfers you sent to or received from other BYNAI users) and the Transaction History page (deposits, withdrawals and wallet-to-wallet transfers).
1. Internal Transfers (to and from other users)
Where to find it
- On the Assets page, scroll to Internal Transfers. It shows your most recent transfers and a View All link.
- View All (or History on your profile's Assets section) opens the Transfer History page.
Filters on the Assets page

The list shows up to 20 transfers. Pending transfers are always placed first; the rest are newest first. If nothing matches you see "No transfers yet" and "Your internal transfers will appear here". If you cannot find an older transfer, change the date to All time.
Columns
From / To (your side is shown as You; the other person is shown as a masked name or email), Amount (with the coin), Date, Status.
- If you sent it, you see "You" → recipient. If you received it, you see sender → "You".
Transfer History page
The Transfer History page lists up to your latest 100 transfers with columns From / To, Amount, Date, Status, and one filter (All Wallets, Sent, Received). On small screens each transfer is a card.
Statuses
- Completed – the transfer went through. The Date shown is the completion time.
- Pending – not finished yet. Any status that is not Completed or Failed is shown as Pending in this list.
- Failed – the transfer did not go through.
2. Transaction History (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
Where to find it
Open Transaction History. You can also reach it with History in the wallet menu on the Deposit and Withdraw pages, and View More / View All under "Recent Deposits" and "Recent Withdrawals".
What you can do there
- Tabs: Deposits, Withdrawals, Transfers, each with a count. The Transfers tab opens directly on your wallet transfers.
- Refresh reloads the list.
- Search box: "Search this page by coin, address, or TxID". It searches only the rows on the current page.
- Filter by asset (All Assets or one coin).
- Paging with Previous / Next, and a line such as "Page X of Y, Z total transactions".
- Empty states: "No deposit history", "No withdrawal history", "No transfer history".
Columns
- Deposits: Time, Coin, Network, Amount, Address, TxID, Status.
- Withdrawals: Time, Coin, Network, Amount, Fee, Address, TxID, Status.
- Transfers: Time, Coin, From, To, Amount, Status. From and To show Spot, Futures, Funding or Earn.
Transfer statuses (wallet-to-wallet)
Pending, Completed, Failed, Cancelled.
Deposit statuses

Pop-up messages for deposits: "Deposit detected", "Deposit credited" ("is now available in your wallet"), "Deposit on hold" ("is being reviewed before it can be credited"), and "Deposit not credited" ("could not be credited. Contact support if you need help.").
Withdrawal statuses
The Withdrawals tab shows a status label for each request, for example Pending, Processing, Under Review, Completed, Failed, Cancelled or Rejected. See the withdrawal articles for what each stage means and which ones you can wait out.
Portfolio history tabs
The Portfolio page has a Details section with more history tabs for futures: Order history, Trade history, Position History, Transaction history and Deposits & withdrawals. Note: the Deposits & withdrawals tab on the Portfolio page lists your user-to-user Internal Transfers, not blockchain deposits and withdrawals. See the article "Portfolio page".
FAQ
I sent money to a user but do not see it. On the Assets page, set the date filter to All time and Direction to All Wallets. If it still is not listed, contact Support.
Why is the status Pending? Pending means not finished. If it stays Pending longer than you expect, contact Support.
I only see 20 transfers. The Assets page shows 20. Use View All for up to 100.
Where are my transfers between my own wallets? In Transaction History, Transfers tab.
The search box finds nothing. It only searches the rows on the page you are viewing. Use Next / Previous to move through pages, or narrow the list with Filter by asset.
When to contact Support
Include: your account email or UID, the type (deposit, withdrawal, wallet transfer or user transfer), coin, amount, date and time, the status label, the TxID if it is a deposit or withdrawal, and a screenshot of the row. Never share your password, 2FA codes, seed phrase or private keys.
