Where you see Spot marked "Coming Soon"
Spot trading is not available on BYNAI yet (see "Is spot trading available on BYNAI?"). To make this clear, the app keeps Spot visible but marks it "Coming Soon". A "Coming Soon" item is greyed out and cannot be clicked. If you hover over it, the tooltip also says "Coming Soon".
Places that show "Coming Soon"
| Where | What you see |
|---|---|
| Top menu, Trading | Spot with a "Coming Soon" badge. Futures is active. |
| Mobile menu, Trading | Same as above. |
| Page footer, Products | Trade with a "Coming Soon" badge. |
| Markets page tabs | Spot tab with a "Coming Soon" badge. Other tabs are Favorites and Futures. |
| Assets and dashboard coin lists | The Trade action next to each coin shows "Coming Soon" instead of a link. |
| Portfolio details | The Spot tab shows "Coming Soon". The perpetual tab works. |
| PnL page | The Spot tab (next to All and Futures) shows "Coming Soon". |
| VIP volume history | The Spot tab shows "Coming Soon". |
| Referral history | The Spot tab shows "Coming Soon". |
| An agent's page | The "Trade" button for the agent token shows "Coming Soon". |
Places that redirect instead
- Any spot trading page opens the futures page for the same pair. An unrecognised pair opens the BTCUSDT futures market.
- Orders > Spot redirects to your futures orders.
- Notifications about orders or price alerts take you to your orders page or the Markets page, not to a spot market.
The Spot wallet and Spot assets
- Your Assets area may still list a Spot wallet and a Spot balance share in your wallet breakdown. This is a bookkeeping view of your assets. It does not mean you can trade spot.
- When you move money with Transfer, the wallets offered are Funding and Futures. Spot is only offered as a transfer wallet when spot trading is turned on, which it is not at present.
- Deposits land in Funding and withdrawals leave from Funding. To trade futures, transfer from Funding to Futures.
What still works
- All Futures trading, orders, positions and the futures Orders pages.
- Markets with futures prices.
- Deposits, withdrawals, transfers between Funding and Futures.
- AI agents and staking, and your Vouchers.
Frequently asked questions
The Spot tab is greyed out. How do I enable it? You cannot. It is not available yet, and no setting or verification step unlocks it.
I see a Spot balance in Assets. Is it real money? Balances shown in your Assets area are your account balances. If a balance in Spot looks wrong or unexpected, contact Support with the details below. Do not try to trade it, because spot trading is not available.
Why does the Trade button next to my coin say "Coming Soon"? That button would open the spot market for the coin. It stays "Coming Soon" until spot trading launches. Use Futures to trade.
Why do I get taken to a futures page when I click a spot link in an old email, bookmark or notification? Spot links are redirected to the futures market of the same pair.
When to contact Support
- A Spot balance, spot order or spot transaction you do not recognise.
- A "Coming Soon" label on a feature that the Help Center says is live.
- A redirect that lands on the wrong pair.
Include a screenshot, the page address, your user ID or email, the time, and your device and browser.
Safety reminder
Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase, or private key. Be careful with messages that offer "early access to spot" or ask you to connect your wallet on another site.
