Withdrawal fees, minimums and the amount you receive

Withdrawals

What it is

Before you confirm a withdrawal, the form shows what it will cost and what the receiving wallet will get. The values depend on the coin and network and are set by the platform, so they are shown in the app and not listed here.

Where to find it

Withdraw Crypto (or the Withdraw tab of the Wallet pop-up). After you pick a coin and a network and an address, a summary box appears under the amount field. The Fees page also says: "Withdrawal fees depend on the asset and network. The exact fee and the amount you will receive are shown in the withdrawal form before you confirm."

What the form shows

  • Withdrawal Amount - the field where you type the amount, with the coin shown and a MAX button.
  • Available in Funding - your available Funding wallet balance for that coin. Withdrawals can only use this balance. MAX fills in the full available amount.
  • Network Fee - the blockchain fee charged for this coin and network, in the coin itself.
  • Minimum Withdrawal - the smallest amount allowed for this coin and network.
  • You will receive - shown with "~" in front. It is the amount you typed minus the Network Fee.

How the amount works

The amount you type is the total that leaves your balance. The network fee is taken out of it, and the rest is sent. Example in words: if you type an amount and the fee is shown as a smaller amount, "You will receive" shows the difference.

If you use MAX, the receiving wallet gets your whole available balance minus the fee.

Your Transaction History shows Amount and Fee as separate columns on the Withdrawals tab.

Limits and rules

  • Minimum: the amount you type must be at least the Minimum Withdrawal.
  • Fee: the amount must be larger than the Network Fee, otherwise nothing would be left to send.
  • Balance: the amount cannot be more than Available in Funding.
  • Maximum: the platform can set a largest amount per withdrawal for a coin and network. The form does not show this number. If you go above it, the form shows the general message "Failed to process withdrawal. Try again." and the button stays disabled.
  • Daily limit: the app does not show a daily withdrawal limit or a used-today amount. If the platform rejects a withdrawal because of a limit, the message comes from the platform and appears in a red notification titled "Withdrawal Failed".

Messages you may see

  • "Amount is below the minimum withdrawal" - the amount is under the minimum, or it does not cover the fee.
  • "Insufficient balance for this withdrawal" - more than Available in Funding.
  • "Failed to process withdrawal. Try again." - a general message; typical causes are an amount above the maximum, a missing required memo, or a temporary problem. More in Withdrawal errors and messages.

FAQ

Why is "You will receive" less than the amount I typed? Because the network fee is deducted.

Can I choose a cheaper network? Yes, when the coin has several. The fee differs by network and is shown after you select the network. Make sure the receiving wallet supports that network.

The fee changed since yesterday. Fees are set by the platform and can change. Always read the summary before confirming.

Why is MAX not the same as my total balance? MAX uses only the available Funding balance. Funds in the futures wallet, open orders or stakes are not included.

When to contact Support

If the fee, received amount or Fee column looks wrong, include: coin, network, amount typed, the Network Fee and "You will receive" shown, the Amount and Fee in History, the time, and screenshots.

Safety reminder

Never share your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key. Confirm the network before the amount.
