Withdrawal errors and messages explained

Withdrawals

What it is

When something prevents a withdrawal, a message appears on the form (red box above the button) or as a notification. This lists each message, why it happens and what to do.

Where you see them

Withdraw Crypto or the Withdraw tab in the Wallet pop-up. The red validation box appears once you have entered an address and an amount, and shows the first problem found. The Confirm Withdrawal button stays disabled until all problems are fixed.

Notifications after you press Confirm Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal Submitted - "Your withdrawal request has been submitted. Check your transaction history for status updates." Success.
  • Withdrawal Failed - a red notification with the reason sent by the platform (for example a limit or a temporary restriction). The wording is decided by the platform, so quote it exactly when you contact Support. If no reason is given the text is "Failed to process withdrawal. Try again."
  • Security Verification window - not an error. Complete it to finish the withdrawal. See Withdrawal security verification.

Address-format notes

  • The app checks typed addresses for these network types: Ethereum-style (0x followed by 40 letters and digits - used by Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Polygon), Tron (starts with T), Bitcoin, and Solana.
  • For other networks the app cannot check a typed address and may show "Invalid withdrawal address format". In that case add the address to your Withdrawal Whitelist and choose it from the list.
  • If the whitelist is on you cannot type an address at all.

Other situations

  • No coin or network in the list: only coins/networks with withdrawals currently enabled are shown.
  • "No whitelisted addresses for this network": you have no address saved for the chosen network. Use Manage Addresses to add one.
  • Withdrawals restricted after a security change: see the cooldown section of the security verification article.
  • Button shows "Processing...": the request is being sent. Do not refresh. If it ends with Withdrawal Failed, check the History tab before trying again, to be sure no withdrawal was created.

FAQ

Why is the error box not showing? It appears only after both an address and an amount are entered.

The button is greyed out and no message is shown. Something is still missing: coin, network, address, amount or a required memo.

When to contact Support

Include: the exact message text, coin, network, amount, the first and last characters of the address, the time and a screenshot.
