Using BYNAI inside Telegram

You can open BYNAI from Telegram. BYNAI runs inside Telegram as a mini app, so you see the same BYNAI pages in a Telegram window instead of your browser. This article explains how it opens, how sign-in works there, and what to do if something goes wrong. The official BYNAI bot is @bynai_bot. The official community channel is on Telegram too: open Communities for the links, where Telegram is described as "Announcements and community chat with the BYNAI team."

How to open BYNAI in Telegram

1. In Telegram, open @bynai_bot.
2. Open BYNAI from the bot (use the bot's own menu or buttons).
3. BYNAI opens in a full-height window inside Telegram.

Always start from the official bot. If you reach BYNAI from a different link, you are in a normal browser and the Telegram features below do not apply.

Automatic sign-in

When you open BYNAI from Telegram and you are not already signed in, BYNAI tries to sign you in automatically with your Telegram account. This only works for accounts that are already linked to Telegram, such as BYNAI Rewards accounts.

• If your account has two-step verification (2FA), the sign-in window opens and asks for your verification code before you are signed in.
• If you are already signed in, nothing changes.
• The automatic sign-in is tried once each time you open the app. It uses a one-time launch from Telegram, so if it fails it will not succeed by retrying on the same screen.

If automatic sign-in fails

You see a red notice with the title "Something went wrong" and the message:

We couldn't sign you in with Telegram. Close and reopen the app to try again.

What to do:

1. Close the BYNAI window in Telegram.
2. Open @bynai_bot and open BYNAI again from the bot.
3. If it still fails, sign in another way (email or phone, or wallet) from the sign-in window, or use the code method below.
4. If you do not have a BYNAI account linked to Telegram, automatic sign-in cannot work. Use another sign-in method.

Sign in on the website with a Telegram code

If you are on the BYNAI website in a normal browser, choose Continue with Telegram in the sign-in window. The hint says "Log in with a code from @bynai_bot". The screen is titled "Sign in with Telegram" and says "Get a one-time code from the BYNAI bot and enter it here."

1. Open @bynai_bot in Telegram.
2. Send /login.
3. Enter the 8-digit code in the Login code field within 2 minutes.

It "Works only for accounts already linked to Telegram, such as BYNAI Rewards accounts."

If your account signs in with Telegram, Account shows the note "This account signs in with Telegram. Web3 connect is not available for this account."

BYNAI Rewards from Telegram (vouchers)

If you received BYNAI Rewards through Telegram, open BYNAI from the bot to bring them over. They appear on your My Vouchers page. Messages you may see there:

• "No Rewards brought over yet": "Your BYNAI Rewards appear here after you open BYNAI in Telegram. Open it from the BYNAI bot to bring them over."
• "No BYNAI Rewards found": "We didn’t find BYNAI Rewards for this Telegram account. You can still explore agents and stake from your own balance."
• "Sign in with your Telegram account": "This Telegram account isn’t the one linked to the BYNAI account you’re signed in with. Sign out, then sign in with Telegram in this app to bring your Rewards over."
• "Rewards already added to another account": "These BYNAI Rewards were already added to another BYNAI account. Sign in with the account that received them to use them."
• "Open BYNAI again from Telegram and try once more." appears when the Telegram launch could not be confirmed.

Buttons and gestures inside Telegram

• On the main tabs, Telegram shows its own Close button.
• On pages opened from a main tab, Telegram shows a Back button. Pressing it closes an open pop-up first, otherwise goes back one page. If you opened a page directly, Back takes you to its main tab.
• On newer Telegram versions, swiping down does not close the app, so scrolling a long page will not close it by accident. Use Close.
• The Telegram header and background colors follow your BYNAI theme (see the article on language and theme).
• Features that depend on newer Telegram versions are skipped on older versions. If the Back button is missing, update Telegram.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to sign in again every time I open the app from Telegram? If your session is still active you stay signed in. If not, BYNAI tries to sign you in with Telegram again when you open it.

Can I use my wallet or email in the Telegram window? You can sign in from the sign-in window. If a method is not offered there, use the website in your browser.

The app is blank or stuck in Telegram. Close and reopen it. If it persists, see "Page not loading or stuck loading".

Can I install BYNAI as an app from Telegram? Telegram opens BYNAI as a mini app. To add BYNAI to your home screen, use your browser (see "Installing BYNAI and using it offline").

When to contact Support

Include: your Telegram username (not your password), the exact message shown, whether the app was opened from @bynai_bot, your phone type and Telegram version, a screenshot, and the time.

Safety reminder

The BYNAI bot will only send you a login code when you send /login yourself. Never share a login code, password, 2FA code, seed phrase, or private key with anyone, including people on Telegram who claim to be BYNAI staff.
