Why was my withdrawal rejected or my account locked after using multiple accounts?

The BYNAI rewards program allows one voucher grant per person (one Telegram account). Voucher value is capped at 100 USD per person, and loss cover only applies to positions held for the minimum holding time.

Using two or more accounts to open opposite futures positions and collect loss-cover vouchers breaks the rewards rules.

When an account is found doing this:

• The voucher rewards and any profit that came from vouchers are removed.
• You can still withdraw the real funds you deposited yourself, minus anything you already withdrew.
• After that, the account is locked. This decision is final.
