Reviewing a withdrawal before confirmation

Verify the destination

Use the receiving wallet or exchange's current deposit instructions. Check the asset, network, address, and any required memo or tag. Confirm that the destination supports the selected network; an address alone is not enough to establish compatibility.

Review the withdrawal amount, fee, and expected received amount shown on the confirmation screen. Follow the account's security checks without giving verification codes to anyone.

If confirmation is interrupted

Open withdrawal history before trying again. A page error does not prove the request failed. If the withdrawal already appears, use its status and reference to follow the existing request.

Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. If you spot an incorrect destination after submission, contact Support promptly with the withdrawal reference. Do not assume a submitted transfer can be canceled or recovered.
