Is spot trading available on BYNAI?

Spot Trading

No. Spot trading is not available on BYNAI yet. Everywhere the app shows Spot, it is marked "Coming Soon". You cannot place spot orders, open a spot order book, or buy or sell coins at the spot price right now.

What you can trade today on BYNAI is Futures (perpetual contracts). See the futures articles in this Help Center for how orders, margin and positions work.

What happens when you try to open Spot

  • Trading menu: In the top menu, open Trading. Spot appears with a "Coming Soon" badge and cannot be opened. Futures is the active choice.
  • Spot links and bookmarks: If you open a spot trading link (for example a bookmark to a spot pair), BYNAI sends you to the futures page for the same pair instead. For example, a bookmarked spot ETHUSDT link opens the ETHUSDT futures market. If the pair name is not recognised, you land on the BTCUSDT futures market. If that futures pair does not exist, you see the "Symbol not found" page (see the article on error screens).
  • Spot orders history: The spot orders page also redirects you to your futures orders page.
  • Footer link "Trade": Under Products in the page footer, Trade is shown with "Coming Soon". Derivatives opens the BTCUSDT futures market.
  • Markets page: On Markets, the Spot tab is shown with "Coming Soon" and cannot be selected. Use the Futures tab. Prices on the Markets page are futures prices.

For the full list of places where you will see the "Coming Soon" label, read "Where you see Spot marked Coming Soon".

What you can do instead

  1. Trade futures: open Trading > Futures, or go to a pair such as BTCUSDT futures.
  2. Browse prices: open Markets and use the Futures tab.
  3. Fund your account: deposits arrive in your Funding wallet. To trade futures, move funds from Funding to Futures with Transfer. Spot is not offered as a transfer destination while spot trading is not available.
  4. Stake with AI agents: the Agents section works independently of spot trading.

Frequently asked questions

When will spot trading launch? The app does not show a launch date. Watch Announcements for news. Support cannot promise a date that the app does not state.

I clicked Spot and ended up on a futures page. Is something broken? No. This is expected. Spot links are redirected to the futures market of the same pair while spot trading is not available.

Can I buy coins at the spot price on BYNAI? Not at the moment. Spot trading is "Coming Soon".

Can I trade BYNAI agent tokens on a spot market? Not at the moment. On an agent's page, the Trade button for the agent token is shown as "Coming Soon" (for example "Trade" followed by the token name).

Do I still have a Spot wallet? You may still see a Spot wallet in your Assets view. See "Where you see Spot marked Coming Soon". Trading from it is not available.

Are the futures fees the same as spot fees? Spot fees do not apply because spot trading is not available. Open Fees to see the fee schedule the app currently shows.
