Announcements and notifications

Announcements are official news from BYNAI: new listings, product news, activities, maintenance and similar updates. Notifications are messages about your own account.

Where to find announcements

• Open Announcements. The page is titled Announcements. Pick a category on the side (the first entry is All) or scroll through the list.
• The Help Center home page also has an Announcements block with a More link.
• Select an announcement to read it. The detail shows its category, a Pinned tag if it is pinned, and a Published date. Use Back to list to return, or View all announcements to see the whole list. Before you pick one, the page shows "Select an announcement to read".

Announcement categories

The Help Center lists these categories: New Cryptocurrency Listing, Latest News, Latest Activities, New Fiat Listings, Delisting, Maintenance Updates, API Updates and Crypto Airdrop. The categories shown on the Announcements page come from the platform and may differ.

Messages you may see

• "No announcements at the moment": nothing is published in this category.
• "Failed to load announcements": refresh the page or try again later.
• Load more: shows older announcements.

What announcements are good for

• Maintenance Updates: check here first if the app, deposits or withdrawals seem unavailable. The announcement is the official source for planned maintenance.
• Delisting: check here if a market is removed.
• New Cryptocurrency Listing: new markets and when they start. In the Markets list, a market that has not started yet shows an Upcoming badge and "Starts in ...".

Announcements are information only. Nothing in them is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Notifications

Your account notifications are at Notifications (the old messages page redirects there). The page title is "Notifications" with the line "Stay updated with your trading activity and account alerts".

• Filters: All, Unread, Trade, Security, System.
• Actions: Mark all read, Mark as read, Delete, Clear all, and Settings for preferences (Email, Push, In-App and Do Not Disturb with start and end time).
• Notification types include order events (for example "Order Filled", "Order Rejected"), "Deposit Confirmed", "Withdrawal Completed", "Withdrawal Failed", "Liquidation Warning", "Margin Call", "Position Liquidated", "Password Changed", "2FA Settings Changed", "API Key Changed", "KYC Status Updated", "System Announcement" and "Security Alert".
• Empty state: "No notifications yet" and "You're all caught up! New notifications will appear here."

If you receive a "Security Alert" or a "Password Changed" / "2FA Settings Changed" notice you did not expect, change your password and contact Support straight away.

Frequently asked questions

An announcement says something I do not understand. Ask in the Support chat and quote the announcement title and date.

I got an email or message claiming to be an announcement with a link. Check Announcements and the official channels first. See the article on official channels and phishing.

When to contact Support

Include your account email or UID, the announcement title and date or the notification type and time, and a screenshot.

Safety reminder

BYNAI staff will never ask for your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or private key by announcement, email or message.
