Your wallets explained - Funding, Futures, Spot, Earn and Vouchers

Assets & Wallets

Overview

Your BYNAI account keeps your money in separate wallets. Each wallet has its own page under Assets. The wallets are Funding, Futures, Spot, Earn, and your Vouchers. Knowing which wallet holds your money explains most balance questions.

Where to find each wallet page

Open the Assets page (click Total assets in the top bar, or Assets in the phone bottom menu). The wallet cards show each wallet's value. Each wallet page is titled by wallet and has its own balance card and a table of coins.

Funding wallet

  • Crypto deposits are credited to your Funding wallet ("Credited to" "Funding wallet" is shown on the deposit page).
  • Withdrawals leave from Funding. The withdraw page shows Available in Funding. If your money is in Futures, move it to Funding first with Transfer.
  • Sending money to another BYNAI user also comes from Funding.
  • Funding page shows Estimated Balance, buttons Deposit, Withdraw, Transfer, and a table with Coin, Total, Available, Locked, Action. You can search coins, sort columns, and tick Hide assets < 1 USD.

Futures wallet

  • The page shows Margin Balance in BTC and in your display currency, Unrealized PnL, Today's PnL, Realized and Win Rate (win rate shows "--" until it can be calculated).
  • A table has two tabs: Assets (columns Coin, Wallet Balance (USD), Available, PnL, Action with Transfer and Trade) and Positions.
  • Note about the Positions tab on this page: it does not list your live positions and always shows "No open positions". To see your real open positions use the futures trading page, or the Portfolio page, Positions tab.
  • Trade opens the futures trading page.
  • Available is what you can use or move. Money tied up as margin for open positions or orders is not free to move.

Spot wallet

  • Spot trading is not available yet, so you cannot trade in this wallet. The Trade button shows "Coming Soon".
  • Referral rewards (stake rewards and profit share) are paid in USDT to your Spot wallet. Referral futures-fee share goes to your Futures wallet.
  • Money that returns from an agent (for example unstaked principal) is also paid to Spot.
  • Because Spot cannot be chosen as a destination, a balance that sits in Spot can be moved out with Transfer (Spot appears as a source only while it has an available balance). See the article "Transfer money between your wallets".
  • The Spot page shows Estimated Balance, Today's PnL and Unrealized PnL, and a table with Coin, Total, Available, Locked, PnL, Action.

Earn wallet

  • Shows funds staked with AI trading agents ("Funds staked with AI trading agents"). Columns: Coin, Total, Available, Locked, Action.
  • Locked shows the part of your balance that is not free to use.
  • The action is Manage stakes, which opens My Agents where you handle stakes.
  • You cannot pick Earn Wallet in the Transfer window. Stake money moves only through staking and unstaking.

Vouchers

Vouchers are not a normal wallet. They have their own balance that is counted 1:1 in USDT in your Estimated Balance but is not part of any wallet page. The Vouchers panel on the Assets page and the My Vouchers page show Voucher balance, Usable now, Next expiry, Loss cover used, Fee Saver and your recent uses.

BYNAI Wallet and Web3 Wallet card

The first card on the Assets page identifies where your account comes from:

  • BYNAI Wallet – "Custodial wallet linked to your account." It shows your email, phone or nickname. For email or phone accounts the card says "Web3 connect is unavailable for email/phone accounts."
  • Web3 Wallet – shown when you signed in with a connected crypto wallet. It shows a shortened address and the network name, with a green dot when connected and a red dot when not. A Deposit button takes you to deposits for USDT.

Not available now

  • Spot trading is "Coming Soon". Spot only holds payouts.
  • Cross Margin, Isolated Margin and COIN-M Futures show in Account View with "--" and are not in use.
  • Sub-accounts are not available.

FAQ

My withdrawal says insufficient balance but I have money. Withdrawals use the Funding wallet only. Check Available in Funding and transfer from Futures if needed.

Where is my agent staking money? In the Earn wallet. Open My Agents to manage it.

Where did my referral reward go? Stake rewards and profit share are paid in USDT to the Spot wallet; futures fee share is paid to the Futures wallet.

Can I trade Spot? Not yet; it shows "Coming Soon".
