What a wallet transfer is

A transfer moves your own coins from one BYNAI wallet to another wallet in the same account. It is not a withdrawal and nothing leaves BYNAI. The Transfer window shows Fee "Free" and Estimated time "Instant".

The most common use: deposits arrive in Funding, but futures trading uses Futures, and withdrawals leave from Funding. So you transfer Funding → Futures before trading and Futures → Funding before withdrawing.

To send money to a different person, see the article "Send crypto to another BYNAI user".

Which wallets you can choose

The Transfer window offers:

  • Funding Wallet
  • USD-M Futures
  • Fiat and Spot – only as the "From" wallet, and only while your Spot wallet has an available balance (for example a referral or agent payout). Spot cannot be chosen as the destination because Spot trading is not available yet.

Earn Wallet (money staked with agents) cannot be chosen. If you open Transfer from the Earn page, the window starts with Funding and Futures instead. Manage staked money on My Agents.

The window opens with a sensible pair already selected. You can change it with From and To, or press the swap button (Swap wallets) to flip them.

Where to open the Transfer window

  • Assets page: the Transfer button under Estimated Balance, the Transfer button on a wallet card, or Transfer in the Action column of Account View.
  • Funding, Futures, Spot or Earn wallet pages: Transfer on the balance card or on a coin row.
  • Withdraw page: the Transfer button near the top (useful when your money is in Futures).
  • Portfolio page: the Transfer button.

You must be signed in.

Steps

  1. Open the Transfer window (title Transfer).
  2. Under From choose where the money is now. Under To choose where it should go.
  3. Under Coin choose the coin. The list contains coins you hold in any wallet, and always USDT. It starts on USDT.
  4. Enter the Amount, or press MAX to fill the largest amount available. The box shows "Minimum 0.00000001" as a hint. Under it you see Available with the amount you can move from the chosen wallet.
  5. Press Review. The button stays disabled until you enter an amount above zero.
  6. Check the summary Review transfer: From, To, Coin, Amount, plus Fee and Estimated time.
  7. Press Confirm (it changes to "Processing..." while working). Use Back to change something.
  8. On success you see Transfer Successful with "Transferred" followed by the amount and coin, and the window closes. The balances on the Assets pages update shortly after.

How "Available" is worked out

  • From Funding or Fiat and Spot: your available balance of the chosen coin in that wallet.
  • From USD-M Futures: the maximum amount the Futures account reports as movable. This can be lower than your Margin Balance if part of it is in use for open positions or orders, Closing positions or cancelling orders can free more.
  • If the chosen wallet does not hold the chosen coin, Available shows 0.

Limits and edge cases

  • Only the amounts you hold can be moved; margin in use cannot.
  • The app does not show a fee or a time delay: transfers are labeled Free and Instant.
  • After a transfer, a number may take a moment to refresh. Balances refresh automatically about every 30 seconds.
  • Spot cannot receive transfers.

FAQ

Why can't I see Spot or Earn in the list? Spot is only offered as a source when it holds money, and Earn funds are managed through staking.

Do transfers cost anything? The window shows Fee "Free".

I transferred to Futures but cannot withdraw it. Withdrawals use Funding. Transfer back from Futures to Funding first.

The Transfer button is greyed out. Enter an amount above zero first. On the review step the button is also disabled while a transfer is processing.

Can I transfer to someone else? Not with this window. Use "Send to User" on the Withdraw page.
