Can I have more than one BYNAI account (for example a Telegram account and an email account)?

Yes. You may hold more than one BYNAI account, for example one signed in with Telegram and one signed in with email, even on the same phone or device. Depositing, trading and staking with trading agents on any of your accounts is normal use and will not get the account restricted or locked.

What is not allowed is using several accounts to farm rewards, for example:

• opening opposite (long and short) futures positions across two accounts to collect loss-cover vouchers or other rewards;
• claiming rewards or vouchers more than once per person (one voucher grant per person / one Telegram account).

Accounts found farming rewards this way lose the voucher rewards and any profit that came from them; real deposits can still be withdrawn, and the account is then locked.

Tip: each account has its own balance, deposits and stakes, and funds do not move between them automatically. BYNAI never asks for your password, 2FA code or seed phrase.
